Excuses serve as a barrier to getting important things done.
Making an excuse is not unusual, in fact, we all do it. There are a number of common reasons for failing to get things done. Below are the some of the more common reasons people refuse to exercise. They all are “excuses” in one form or another.

PHYSICAL: I don’t feel well, I got hurt, I am not in shape.

EMOTIONAL: I’m just not that type of person, I feel down today, I’m too angry to concentrate

MOTIVATIONAL: I’ll never be able to finish that, I’m too lazy, I need to rest

TIME: Who has the time for that?, I’m too busy cleaning, I have to stay late at work

AVAILABILITY: I can’t do that alone, I need real gym, I can’t afford it
