When do I need brain exercise?

Consider doing brain exercises when any of the following appears to be a problem:

You feel your thinking is slower.

You can’t pay attention to things as well as you normally do.

You’ve noticed your memory getting gradually worse.

You can’t organize things as you usually do.

It takes you longer to remember things.

When you get interrupted, you can’t always pick up where you left off.

You notice that you’re misplacing things a lot.

You can’t remember the names of people you’ve met before.

It’s harder for you to recall a series of things you need to do at one time.
