When do I need brain exercise?
Consider doing brain exercises when any of the following appears to be a problem:
- You feel your thinking is slower.
- You can’t pay attention to things as well as you normally do.
- You’ve noticed your memory getting gradually worse.
- You can’t organize things as you usually do.
- It takes you longer to remember things.
- When you get interrupted, you can’t always pick up where you left off.
- You notice that you’re misplacing things a lot.
- You can’t remember the names of people you’ve met before.
- It’s harder for you to recall a series of things you need to do at one time.
