When do I need brain exercise?

Consider doing brain exercises when any of the following appears to be a problem:

  • You feel your thinking is slower.
  • You can’t pay attention to things as well as you normally do.
  • You’ve noticed your memory getting gradually worse.
  • You can’t organize things as you usually do.
  • It takes you longer to remember things.
  • When you get interrupted, you can’t always pick up where you left off.
  • You notice that you’re misplacing things a lot.
  • You can’t remember the names of people you’ve met before.
  • It’s harder for you to recall a series of things you need to do at one time.
